Special provisions for returns

We do not accept returns unless the item is defective.

In case of defective products, please contact us within one week after receiving the products. Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges even if you contact us after that.

We do not accept changes or cancellations of the product contents after the order is confirmed.

In addition, we will not accept returns after the item arrives unless the item is defective. We do not accept cancellations or exchanges due to customer's convenience, such as "the size did not fit" or "the product was different from the image".

In the unlikely event that a product different from the one you ordered or a defective product is delivered, we will replace it only if it is an unused product. As a general rule, please contact us within one week after receiving the product. Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges even if you contact us after that. After contacting us, please send it by freight collect within 7 days after arrival.

We will bear the return shipping fee in case of defective products or different products.

However, please note that refunds may be processed if there are no replacement stock items.
